Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking:

    1.1. By making a booking with HGL Tours and Charters, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

    1.2. To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and any special requirements.

    1.3. A booking is considered confirmed only when full payment has been received and acknowledged by HGL Tours and Charters.

  2. Cancellations:
    2.1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify HGL Tours and Charters in writing or via email 7 days prior to your booking date.

    2.2. The following cancellation fees will apply: a) If canceled more than 7 days before the tour start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
    b) If canceled between 5 and 7 days before the tour / transfer date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. 
    c) If canceled within 24 hours of the tour start date or in case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

    2.3. HGL Tours and Charters reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour will be offered.

  3. Changes to Bookings:
    3.1. If you wish to make changes to your booking, you must notify HGL Tours and Charters in writing or via email.
    3.2. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    3.3. If changes are requested within 14 days of the tour start date, HGL Tours and Charters reserves the right to treat it as a cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply as per section 2.

  4. Communication Standards:
    4.1. HGL Tours and Charters will communicate with you primarily via email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of booking.
    4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided is accurate and up to date.
    4.3. HGL Tours and Charters will make reasonable efforts to respond to your inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

  5. COVID Safety:
    5.1. HGL Tours and Charters is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its customers and staff.
    5.2. You are required to comply with all COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines as instructed by HGL Tours and Charters, including but not limited to wearing face masks, practicing social distancing, and using hand sanitizers.
    5.3. HGL Tours and Charters reserves the right to refuse service or entry to individuals who fail to comply with the COVID-19 safety protocols. 5.4. In case of COVID-related travel restrictions or government-imposed lockdowns, HGL Tours and Charters will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a suitable alternative. Please note that additional costs may apply.

  6. Liability:
    6.1. HGL Tours and Charters will take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety during the tour. However, you acknowledge that certain inherent risks are associated with travel and activities, and HGL Tours and Charters shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused during the tour.
    6.2. HGL Tours and Charters recommends that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
    7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
